About Troop 116

Scouts run our troop. When the troop first formed after the 9/11 attack, the scouts re-purposed the numbers 911 by rotating them into 116 in order to name our troop. This symbolic jesture was the first step of journey that continues today. Scouts are still running the show with the careful supervision of our adult leaders and committee members to this day.
